Jeremy R. Carroll - Counselor at Law

Jeremy has grown up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area practically his entire life. His father, a CPA, worked for T. Boone Pickens as an accountant and was transferred from West Texas to the DFW metroplex when Jeremy was three years old. While West Texas is home for Jeremy’s parents and extended family, DFW has always been the place he calls home.

Jeremy attended college at Dallas Baptist University, where he studied business and met dear friends who would one day stand beside him as he got married. After college, Jeremy decided to pursue law school at Texas A&M University School of Law.

Jeremy practices primarily in Tarrant County and Dallas County, with offices in both locations. He continues to serve clients in both Dallas and Fort Worth, providing dedicated legal services to families across the area.

In his personal life, Jeremy and his wife, Sarah, have two toddlers. Their oldest, Eli, is fun-loving, enjoys playing with Magnatiles, and riding his bike around the neighborhood (without training wheels, might I add!). Their youngest, Becca Ann, is spirited, and the funniest and sweetest little girl. Jeremy and Sarah used to live in Kessler Park but have recently moved back to Fort Worth and now live near TCU.

Jeremy is an expert in estate planning and probate law. His greatest joy in his work is getting to know people and learning more about their lives and loved ones. When doing estate planning, the goal is to help people develop a straightforward plan for distributing their assets upon their passing. Probate is simply the court process that helps people distribute their loved ones' assets after they pass. Jeremy counts it a distinct privilege to walk alongside people during what is often their darkest hour. Rest assured, you can count on Jeremy to be a kind but strong advocate.
